Dr. Dondra Bailey is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Natural Sciences at Coppin State University. Dr. Bailey serves as the second PI of the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) Connecting Minority Communities Pilot Program, Connect Eagle Nation. This collaborative pilot program focuses on outreach and education through the use of digital navigators. To close the digital divide in the anchor communities surrounding Coppin State University the grant offers a practical curriculum to increase workforce skills, provide access to computers; and has a component for assessment of technology and telehealth.
