Mr. Mitchell is an attorney with over 20 years experience supporting efforts to expand broadband coverage in rural and remote areas of our country. Mr. Mitchell assists clients with business strategy, regulatory compliance, agency advocacy, and legislative drafting. He is a graduate of the University of Washington (Seattle), and Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, DC, where he currently lives with his wife.
