Branson Rasko
Branson Rasko is the Chief Technology Officer for East Moline School District, a role he has held since June 2019. In this capacity, Branson has been instrumental in spearheading significant technological advancements within the district. Notable achievements under his leadership include the successful implementation of a 1:1 student device initiative, which ensured every student had access to personal learning devices. He also played a pivotal role in navigating the complex technological needs during the COVID-19 pandemic, ensuring smooth transitions for remote learning. Furthermore, Branson led the creation of a community-wide private wireless network to guarantee consistent connectivity for students at home.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Branson is deeply committed to his family. He has been married to his wife for 17 years, and they have five children and six grandchildren. They share their home with three dogs and are passionate about traveling, exploring destinations both domestically and abroad whenever they have the opportunity.
