Henry Stokes

Henry Stokes is the Digital Opportunity Program Coordinator at the Texas State Library and Archives Commission (TSLAC), where he leads a team devoted to supporting statewide library digital opportunity efforts. For over sixteen years, he has been providing training and consulting to Texas library staff with a focus on broadband and emerging technologies. He also serves as the State E-rate Coordinator where he focuses on improving E-rate participation among libraries in Texas through innovative training and coaching opportunities. Henry’s work is guided by his vision for Texas libraries as community technology hubs and his passion for how libraries play a role in empowering patrons with life-changing highspeed Internet, digital literacy skills, and the latest emerging technologies.
