Professional Bio
Kim Gaffney Corriher is the Director of Government Operations and Associate Project Coordinator for the Southern Ohio Health Care Network (SOHCN) and a Grants administrator for Reid Consulting Group. Kim has been with Reid Consulting since 2007. She provides relationship management, coordination and writing talents in direct client interaction as well as in satisfying federal and state reporting requirements.
As part of Reid Consulting Group, Kim and SOHCN Project Coordinator Tom Reid assisted the founding members of the SOHCN in the creation of the non-for-profit consortium of healthcare providers. Since 2007, the SOHCN has grown from three Health Care Providers (HCPs) to more than a dozen, with more than 350 circuits in 200+ physically diverse locations across Ohio, West Virginia, and Kentucky, focused in the Appalachian Region.
Outside of her SOHCN-specific work, Kim has worked on projects that have secured funding for the region from the FCC, NTIA, ARC and USDA.
Born and raised in New York’s Hudson Valley, Kim is a graduate of N.C. State University (2000), Marist College (2007) and Ohio University (2015). She, her husband, Jason, and their son Gaffney live in New Orleans, where Jason is the Assistant Athletic Director for Strategic Communications at Tulane University.
