Regina Paige

Regina Paige, MS-LDT, is a distinguished learning leader dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations through strategic IT and HR initiatives. With over two decades of experience, she has developed a profound expertise in shared governance, contributing to enhanced and enduring organizational effectiveness.

As a Training Manager at Enoch Pratt Free Library the State Library Resource Center, she utilizes Pratt’s digital transformation initiatives to propel learning and development efforts, collaboration in cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps, develop targeted training solutions, and fosters a culture of continuous learning within the organization. 

Regina is a doctoral candidate in the Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership and Higher Education Leadership program at Franklin University. Her research focus will offer the Appreciative Inquiry model as a conceptual framework to engender greater balance and diversity within executive leadership teams in organizations and institutions of Higher Education. She holds a graduate certification and a M.S. in Learning Design and Technology and a B.S. Information Science & Systems.
